Abraham Mata Campos

Abraham Mata Campos, 17, of Highlands, Texas, left this earth too soon on Monday, April 5, 2021. He was born in Houston, Texas on September 14, 2003, to Maria Estela Campos and the late Armando Mata. Abraham was a Jokester among his peers in school, always looking for a way to make others smile, by pulling silly pranks on his friends and on his family. His siblings would say he was a momma’s boy but they also knew he was there for them when they needed. Abraham enjoyed being outdoors with his family, and fishing. He was a fun-loving and sweet soul, who will be missed very much.

Abraham was preceded in death by his father Armando Mata.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, his brothers and sister Diego Mata of Houston, Texas, Juan Mata of Highlands, Texas, Cynthia Mata of Highlands, Texas, Jossue Mata of Highlands, Texas, his two nieces Isabella and Melanie Mata of Houston, Texas.

Friends are invited to visit with the family Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm with a Memorial Service at 6:00pm in the Chapel of Sterling~White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Highlands, Texas 77562.
