Carol Louise Yancey

Carol Louise Yancey, 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. She was born on June 29, 1937 in Gary, Indiana to John Harper and Hattie Bone Harper. She loved the beach, nurturing plants back to health, and caring for all animals, including strays. Carol enjoyed visiting with others and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Yancey; and her parents, John Harper and Hattie Bone Harper.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Anne Till and husband Jesse, and Cathy Burns.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at the Crosby United Methodist Church, 1334 Runneburg Rd, Crosby, TX 77532.
