Everett L Webb

Everett Lloyd Webb, 67, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 10:54 pm. He was born on August 23, 1952 in Tyler, Texas to James Everett Webb and Jessie Mae Whisenhunt Singletary.  While a humble man of few words, his quiet strength was often profound.  He enjoyed the serenity of fishing and found the outdoors a great source of peace. Everett took joy in being supportive with family, at work and in casual interactions. He was often sought out for comfort and to lead a prayer. Everett’s voice resonated with a heavenly frequency. He was a strong man of God, a deacon in the church, a loving and devoted husband and father.  He often sacrificed to ensure the well-being of others. Everett was fond of Science Fiction, Westerns and B-movies and relished travel and adventures. He liked practical jokes.  Everett will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Stepfather Robert Franklin Thomas “Daddy Mutt”, Mother Jessie Mae Whisenhunt Singletary, and Sister Martha Sue Brown.

Everett is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sharon Lynn Webb, children Matthew Jefferson Webb and wife Danielle, Jason Everett Webb and wife Ashley, and daughter Monica Rene Webb, sisters Cynthia Ann McConahie and husband Don, and Wanda Jean Webb, grandchildren McKenzie Rae Webb and Addilynn Faith Webb, and a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am at Harvest Time Church of God, 495 S Diamondhead Blvd, Crosby, Texas 77532. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11:30 am. Interment will follow in Sterling-White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Road, Highlands, TX 77562.
