Mrs. Mary L. Jarmon at age 76 went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 25, 2020
Mary was born in Arnaudville, Louisiana on September 10, 1944, to Joseph and Eva Colomb. Mary moved to Texas in the 1950s. She had various jobs throughout her younger years and then she found her passion as “Nana”. Mary provided a safe and loving home for working parents. She was a loyal club member of the Silver Saddle Brigade for over 30 years. She participated in various trail rides and barbeque cook-offs. The most important highlight of her life was spending time with her family and cooking. Mary was a very caring person who always lent a helping hand to anyone in need.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Eva Colomb, her husband of 42 years Herbert Jarmon, two sisters Mary DeJean and Berline Colomb, her brother Elton Colomb, and two grandchildren, Paul Bradly II, and Tatonya Bradly.
She is survived by her children Tammy Bradly, Sadie Leno, Herbert Jarmon Jr., and Kenneth Jarmon; her daughter/granddaughter Ebonie Carter; grandchildren Xavier Leno, Kennedy Jarmon, and Kennethia Jarmon.
Mary is also survived by her great-grandchildren Kyli Carter, Raelin Johnson, Leah Shelton, and Genesis Leno, sister Mary Johnson-Mariot, two godchildren, close cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family Saturday, December 5, 2020, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with the Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 pm. In the Chapel at Sterling White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Road Highlands, TX. 77562
